‘Til Death Do Us Part’ - short film, 2025
Composed and recorded an original soundtrack for a short film titled ‘Til Death Do Us Part’, using a combination of live instruments, digital instruments, modular synthesis and audio processing techniques. Accompanying the story of a woman moving on from an abusive boyfriend via inadvertently drastic means, the soundtrack murmurs forebodingly before being interrupted by the decisive action of the woman’s neighbour, the staccato piano syncing up with the determined strikes of her knife against the chopping board. After crumbling into chaos, the soundtrack echoes the peaceful hope the woman and her neighbour find in each other in the aftermath.

]Very much written to follow the beats of the film, hopeful instrumental music devolves into noise as tragedy strikes, leading to a steady, sentimental, slowly building underscoring to a monologue about healing from grief, before giving way to a hopeful reprise of the initial theme, accompanied now by triumphant, lush strings.

‘The Lamentable Tragedy of Titus Andronicus’ - stage play, 2022
'The Lamentable Tragedy of Titus Andronicus' - stage play, 2022
Composer and sound designer for a gritty, post-apocalyptic rendition of Shakespeare’s The Lamentable Tragedy of Titus Andronicus. The score imagines a future post-civilisation’s interpretation of today’s music — particularly metal — filtered through centuries of technological and societal collapse. Through a combination of found objects, prepared piano, modular synthesis and heavily processed live instruments, the brutality of the setting is captured and elevated by the score — as are the almost unsettling moments of peace and quietude, especially when the otherwise omni-present infrasonic rumble suddenly falls away.

'Noise for NVAR' - noise work, 2024
Noise work composed for dance performance by a former collaborator. Normally this collaboration would involve live improvisation in interaction with the dancer (see X, Y), however I was unable to attend this performance and provided the following track for the dancer to perform to:
